Family Fete Day!






May 15 marked the 15th annual international family day. This event made national news as the Minister of Family, Women and Children selected Tchaourou as her celebration site. We were fortunate enough to join in the festivities as a family.

The party commenced with the distribution of free t-shirts followed by the performances of several bands and dance troops. Before long, the Minister arrived with her entourage: representatives from UNICEF, UNFPA, and regional directors from the Borgou.
