While in Syracuse, we heard some just wonderful news -- Maria Romas and Andrew Weicker are getting married. Yeah!! He proposed up in the 1000 Islands the day of the engagement party.
So not only were we lucky enough to hear the news from the horse's mouths, but we also had the honor of being able to attend the Friday night celebratory drinks down in NYC at Peter Dillons (location of their first -- and somewhat unusual -- date).
No pictures were taken, but it was a blogworthy event nonetheless. Congrats again to the happy couple.
