Rouge Wave at the Bowery Ballroom-December 2, 2005

Rogue Wave performance at the famous Bowery Ballroom

Steve, Wynne, his buddy Justin and I ventured out the freezing cold weather to see Rouge Wave at the Bowery Ballroom. We didn't buy tickets before so we were first turned away at the door, but was told to try again. To stay warm, we went to Pioneer, a bar close by and had a drink and chatted. We decided to try again to get into the concert and got lucky (after standing in the freezing cold for 20 minutes though). Rouge Wave was awesome! Definitely a band worth seeing live. They jammed a bit and we were able to see the musicians switch insturments--guitarist to the drums and the drummer to the guitar. Very cool. As you can tell, I didn't fix the shutter speed of my camera so the pictures are a little blurry. To read more about the band or hear some of their music click HERE.

Here is a picture of guitarists and drummer. And the lead singer.
